I am a Senior Environmental Scientist with over 18 years of experience in both the public and private sector. My skills in project management, systems and processes provide a multitude of experience to oversee the development, refinement and implementation of Ecosure’s Business Processes. I also have experience in all stages of system development, from initial design, implementation, documentation, change management, training and auditing, having successfully managed Ecosure’s certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001/AS/NZ 4801 since 2017. Having previously managed Ecosure’s Central Queensland Team, I am well positioned to understand how business systems impact effective and efficient field operations, and therefore project delivery, client satisfaction, and visa-versa. Being involved in the day-to-day, helps keep my finger on the environmental science pulse, and I love to share my organisation skills so each business can continue to grow and develop their client base and service offerings.
