The Family Tree Care Servives provides in-home childcare, nanny placements, substitutes for child-care centers, elderly companion care, group sittings (churches, conventions, weddings and parties) and in-hotel care for visitors from out-of-state.With a base of over 250 providers and over 400 clients, my duties include a wide range of administrative and clerical duties, including Human Resources, Billing, Scheduling and general office management.

Responsibilities including scanning paper files into PDF format on the company server, thereby making them available for all company users to electronically view. Maintained hard copy files for each shipment of household/office re-location. When time permitted, assisted other departments (Q&A, Claims, Billing & Accounting) with updating forms, handbooks and reference materials. Organization of files and discovering ways to make information easier to access/compile is a specialty of mine.

From August 1998 to April 1999, I was in the Enrollment dept, responsible for entering the applicants into the system, and verifying the applicants eligibility. In April 1999 I was promoted to the position of Medicare HMO Claims Specialists, responsible for answering questions concerning coverage issues, verifying in-network providers, and reprocessing incorrectly paid claims.
