- Oversee procurement department and vendor management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Monitor supplier performance, making recommendations for improvements and cost savings. -Direct resource management department responsible for maintaining and optimizing vehicle fleet and physical assets. -Lead process improvements and standardization of all operational procedures, workflows, and best practices.

-Support Project Managers in project budget setup, project controls, various project execution tasks. -Assist Branch manager to form and maintain weekly battle rhythm to support projects. Analyzing trends, profitability opportunities, and potential shortfalls on projects. -Prepare and Facilitate Work In Progress(WIP) notes to Accounting after analyzing and understanding margin gains/reductions. -Oversee day to day operations and ensure objectives and expectations are achieved. Could be month end accounting deadlines, evaluating/maintain processes and document controls.

-Prepare & issue purchase orders, contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, etc.-Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, pricing with vendors-Provide value added services to the company by constantly striving to find new and better products, sources of supply, and better ways of meeting the needs of the using departments while maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers.-Support and manage monthly cycle counts and monitoring of warehouse inventory
