• directly support five schools in the areas of improving instruction (CCLS curriculum development, strengthening teacher teams, enhancing school culture, and designing high quality professional learning/ development plans for teachers) • develop and deliver high quality professional development to meet the needs of teachers and administration in schools• coach new and struggling teachers in the areas related to instruction and classroom management • collaborate with administration and other key members to develop the school’s Comprehensive Educational Plan (CEP) and ensure they are on track for Quality Review visits • support all schools (33-35) in the areas of ELL instruction, ELL compliance and data analysis• create opportunities for cross-school learning by collaborating with network team members to design and deliver professional development and facilitate professional learning communities for members of the school community (principals, assistant principals, teachers, literacy coaches, ESL teachers, bilingual teachers, and data specialists) in our network• provide basic Excel classes for administrators and Data Specialist
