For more than 25 years, I’ve led highly measurable direct-to-customer communications—from traditional direct mail to website development and digital marketing. At my core I'm a creative, compassionate, operator. Whether it's digital marketing, operations, or strategic vision, I believe in a people-first, process-enabled approach. I’m responsible for bringing companies' visions to life and building teams of strong players ready to accomplish incredible things. I’m proud of my work and my role in helping the entertainment, advertising, education, healthcare and technology industries work better and smarter. My drive to improve human experience and efficiency through technology, process and data has been present throughout my career. At Pearson, I supported the sales team by implementing software and strategy for ongoing website personalization, design and content testing that increased applications by over 80 percent. I also take pride in my role as a woman executive. I’m committed to creating a culture where all voices are encouraged and heard, and enjoy mentoring other women in the field. Outside of work you’ll find me traveling, writing, hiking, indulging my love of photography and spending time with friends, family and my dog.
