This program responds to the information requirements of individuals responsible for the operation of an employee benefit plan department in large and medium size businesses.

Key accomplishments in this role are as follows:• Developed the human resources department.• Established a new benefits package which reduced costs between 20-60%.• Revised the employee handbook.• Created a supervisor’s manual.• Developed the new hire orientation and termination process.

Developed and managed the human resources department, staff and budget. Responsibilities included recruiting, benefits administration, training, performance management, employee relations, job description development and establishing and maintaining human resources metrics. Also conducted background screening and drug testing for all new hires. While in this role, the company became ISO 2000:9001 certified which enabled human resources processes to be streamlined for better organization within the department.
