Represent the Department of Obstetrics and Oncology within the IU School of Medicine. Provide human resource guidance, strategic direction, training, employee relations consultation, and recruit, hire, and onboard dually employed providers, faculty, and staff.

Designed learning materials for webinars, customized training, and customer/employee focused trainings held in-person, recorded, or live.
