As a County Executive Director for the USDA Farm Service Agency, I manage and administer Farm Bill Programs for Orleans and Lamoille County, Vermont. With 13 years of experience in this role, I have built strong competencies in outreach, engagement, and leadership, working with a team of professionals who provide direct services and support to farmers and agricultural producers.My mission is to promote a sustainable environment,policies, and to foster strong partnerships with various stakeholders and agencies. I have achieved a high level of producer participation and satisfaction, and have been recognized as a workforce engagement and civil rights leader. In addition, I serve as an elected town meeting moderator for Waterville, VT since 2019, leveraging my skills in moderating and meeting facilitation. I am also a livestock farm operator and owner, and a former park ranger, with a passion for Vermont's natural beauty and landscape. I hold a bachelor's degree in recreation resource management from Lyndon State College. I am committed to serving my community and ensuring a prosperous and healthy future for generations to come.
