Experience with the implementation and training on a wide range of products. I’m lead large IDN projects as a consultant for BayCare health System as well as Florida Hospital Adventist. I’ve developed a great working relationship at the pharmacy and project management level. In addition, I’ve guided the implementation process through demonstrated expertise of clinical and technical processes of the Pyxis dispensing system. Projects I’ve worked on range in scope from small to large IDN facilities. As a consultant I’ve been able to clearly communicate thoroughly and document and demonstrate the benefits of the new Pyxis ES platform. I’ve effectively performed the required tasks to ensure timely go-lives and customer satisfaction. I worked with management to develop a new way for the company to utilize our processes to help assist project leads by consulting and performing in a duel role.

Experienced with the implementation of Pyxis Systems and installed a wide range of Pyxis applications. This involved extensive customer interaction and service. In addition, drove the installation process through demonstrated mastery of the established Pyxis project management process. These projects typically ranged in scope from installing multi-unit expansions to leading a team that may install projects of over 100 units and crosses multiple products. Effectively performed the required tasks to insure timely go-lives and customer satisfaction. Established collaborative working relationships with cross-functional project teams which included multiple disciplines from within CareFusion and customer teams. Provided as a mentor for both customers and internal team members

Directly supervised the pharmacy technicians assigned to Riverside Regional Medical Center. Accountable for managing the day to day activities of the technician staff, scheduling technicians, and providing staff development. Assisted in various activities of the pharmacy department in including narcotic discrepancies and Pyxis System support. Worked closely with the IT department to make sure the Pyxis interfaces were functioning correctly.
