Responsible for new acquisition sales to national and regional Third Party Administrators, insurance carriers, self insured/ employers. Develop marketing strategies and identify and qualify opportunities to ensure growth within workers compensation market specific to Utilization Review services/ cost containment services.

Primary responsibility is new acquisition of accounts in Southwest Region with national and regional Third Party Administrators, insurance carriers and employers. Identify qualified leads, understand negotiating challenges throughout selling process, strengthen client and customer relationships, sales presentations, and obtain commitments/contracts to ensure successful partnerships associated with Pharmacy Benefit Management programs, Medical Services & Equipment, and Medicare-Set-Asides

Targeted national and middle market accounts, Third Party Administrators, municipalities/governmental agencies and large self-insured employers. Assumed responsibility for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new account sales and/or expansion of existing accounts for Field Case Management and all specialty services. Targeted national employers which made up to 50% of my account base.
