I am an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associates of Applied Science and have worked in the healthcare field for ten years. I returned to Lincoln Memorial University to pursue a Bachelors of Science in Management and Leadership Studies and I am currently seeking employment in a different yet related field in order to foster my skills after my upcoming graduation this May 2015. I have a strong foundation in the necessary skills to become a contributing member of a professional team. My experience in several healthcare settings has given me vast experience in flexibility, professionalism, team building, communication and detail orientation. My four years of home health experience has encouraged my ability to be independent and very productive while building relationships with other healthcare professionals to provide top quality care for patients. I understand the value of personal yet effective communication as tool to foster strong professional relationships that provide quality care. I enjoy working with others to develop partnerships and as a mentor when needed to encourage the success of others.
