Reporting to CFO, Greater China, in charge of Beijing finance team , deal with financial related affairs, including monthly financial closing, financial statement analysis, annual Budget and monthly forecast, Credit control, work closely with department heads and clients to support business and solve financial issues.Responsibilities• Prepare annual budget and rolling forecast.• Provide supervision and management of the day-to-day financial and accounting affairs.• Oversee month-end financial closing process, follow closing timetable to meet each deadline, keep timely & accurate accounting treatments and financial statements.• Review, analyses and interpret monthly financial statements, including B/S schedules, variance and movement investigation, provide recommendations to and work interactively with management for performance improvement.• Cash flow forecast and control, monitor TWC performance and AR collections.• Capital Expenditure/Investment Justification.• Review accounting methodology timely and ensure it consistent with corporate and GAAP requirements.• Maintain adequate internal controls, improve process, produces and outputs in finance department.• Staffs coach and management.

Reporting to Finance director, in charge of China accounting team, monthly financial analysis and internal & external audit, provide financial support to sales and other departments.Responsibilities• In charge of Beijing accounting and Shanghai finance team (including AR/AP/GL), supervise the daily jobs.• Oversee period-end closure process, ensure timely & accurate booking and meet closing timetable tightly.• Analyze and review monthly Financial Result, variance and movement investigation. Review financial reports, balance sheet schedules, and local statutory reports.• Cash flow forecast and control.• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax bureau, banks.• Coordinate with BUs and guide the financial process when new acquisition occurred.• Review accounting process and ensure it consistent with SOX and GAAP requirements.• Staffs coach and management.• Complete annual budget and associated forecasts with Business Units.
