• Train event staff and volunteers and act as on-site supervisor

• Develop relationships with off-site vendors including caterers, rental companies, florists, bar service companies, etc. Review event contracts
• Manage the DVMF VIP program which includes donors from $2K-$50K: Create packages, act as a personal ticketing hotline, manage the VIP Desk at Deer Valley Resort and all other logistics pertaining to DVMF VIP events
• Hire and supervise summer interns
• Manage trade partnerships with restaurants and various other corporations including drafting proposals, negotiating, and executing sponsorship benefits

• Provided support with all logistics pertaining to special events
• Assisted with the Deer Valley® Music Festival VIP program including overseeing the VIP Desk at Deer Valley Resort, managing guest lists for all salon events and parties, and providing stewardship and follow-up for DVMF.
