I have been employed with Lowe's since 1997. I have held many positions in the company; cashiering,department manager,loss prevention and currently I am an assistant store manager. As an assistant store manager my job function include but are not limited to: overseeing the safety of over 100 employees and customers at any given time, coaching and training associates,analyzing reports to ensure profitability, managing inventory,managing payroll and other expenses,merchandising,motivating associates,and to provide the best customer service to our customers.Lowe's is a great company to have as a career. The benefits are good, and there is always the opportunity for advancement in the company. I truly enjoy the work that I do and I enjoy the people I work with.
