Accountable for identifying and setting strategic and short-term performance and growth goals for the department. Creating, implementing, assessing, and improving Department business plans, strategies, processes and procedures. Leading and motivating teams to increase performance and improve results. Works in a global capacity, and cross functionally to support study delivery. Acts as a mentor and business change leader supporting integration activities, to identify improvements in ways of working to provide consistency across the Jazz clinical trial operations. Setting up innovative new capabilities to support Clinical Operations working with both an in-house and outsourced model. Creating an enabling work environment and positive culture. Building and managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, partners and cross functional stakeholders.
