Embrace and implement Snoqualmie Tribe and greater Salish peoples’ traditions and teachings, fostering cultural respect and integration within the center community.Collaborate with Indian Child Welfare, DCYF, and Social Services to ensure safety and confidentiality for foster children and their caregivers.Partner with interdisciplinary teams, including client-relations liaison, regional manager, facilities, Tribe Police, ENR, IT, and security, to support campus operations and community initiatives.Oversee project management, public relations, and neurodivergent-forward practices to enhance inclusivity and effectiveness.Manage individualized child and staff progressive action plans, including family and team communication to promote operational excellence and customer trust.Public Relations: Represent the center in community events, building positive relationships and visibility.Monitored and enhanced learning environments across classrooms, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.Supported teachers and staff in maintaining quality education delivery and implementing developmental, age-appropriate programs.
