Integrated Sales & Marketing Project Manager
Current• Navigate inside the office as an interdepartmental communication and organizational partner.• Manage major sales projects from start to finish.• Manage station internal digital projects such as client integrated social media posts and display advertising fulfillment.• Graphic design and creative services as needed.• Work with the sales team on proposals, campaign implementation and the preparation of recaps.• Prepare quality written proposals and presentations incorporating and maintaining all sales standards.• Act as Project Coordinator for sales related events and initiatives.• Work with the 2060 Digital department on miscellaneous project management needs.• Maintain individual and cluster client facing media kits.• Attend internal and external meetings as required or requested.• Ensure adequate administrative support at all times during the workday.• Seek out ways to expand current skills and abilities; take initiative to learn new tasks, duties, technology and equipment. Offer ideas that would enhance or improve the way work is done.• Build good working relationships with coworkers, clients, vendors and the general public.
