My name is Heather Williams, and I’ve recently graduated with my Bachelor's in Multidisciplinary Studies at UNO. My classes consist of sales and marketing courses that have prepared me to succeed in my real estate endeavors. My past performance and results have shown that I'm a successful salesperson and can reach challenging goals. I will never forget exceeding quota on a Sunday single-handedly. This happened in 2018 at Sally Beauty when I was a store manager. I had a job selling beauty products to the public and salons. To meet sales expectations, I needed to give exceptional customer service to everyone who walked in, allowing me to ensure everyone had what they needed. I realized the best way to achieve this was to set a high average sales goal, including asking the right needs discovery questions. It took a lot of attention and energy working with every customer back to back and sometimes two customers at once, and by the end of business day, I not only reached the quota, I was $500 over my goal! Long story short, I'm a hardworking, adaptable individual when faced with unexpected situations. I'd love to take the next step and connect!
