As a child I was told that "only boring people are bored." I have taken that message to heart and take an avid interest in people and read about an array of topics. I typically read about 65-100 books a year and delight in the look of shock on people's faces when I am reading yet another new book. My passions also include video games, writing, dinner with friends, and teaching my niece and nephews shenanigans to annoy my sister and brother in law.At work, I am a customer experience professional who engages customers with advanced questioning, active listening, and de-escalation techniques to resolve their concerns. I enjoy being a resource and ally for new hires and peers alike. I am well-managed team player who always seeks ways to expand on current skill set with a video or personal development book.
