Provided data analysis support to the Implementation team: managed preliminary data processing in preparation of statement of work; worked with customers in pre-conversion training to fix simple issues and manage more complex problems, worked closely with ETL team to manage deviations to the standard process and to confirm trial runs, provided remote support to on-site conversion specialists and trainers on the day of the go-live and during the implementation week.
