Designs and implements a robust calendar of over 14 events & campaigns each year, plus dozens of third-party community events. These events include everything from intimate farm-to-table dinners, to the annual Will Bike 4 Food cycling event, to a two-day radio-thon known as Monte's March. Responsible for all corporate relations, partnerships, and sponsorships for The Food Bank. Additionally, I oversee a volunteer program of 500 plus volunteers who serve The Food Bank and help to achieve the mission of feeding neighbors in need and leading the community to end hunger.

Recruited, trained, and supervised staff, including house managers, concessions workers, and volunteers, and oversaw the activities of third-party vendors who participate in supporting productions. Provided appropriate house management for all rehearsals, performances and events.

Coordinated all artist/talent booking, pre-production, and on-site coverage for concerts, attractions and family entertainment events at Six Flags New England. Served as a liaison to promoters, artist management, record labels, agents, and tour sponsors. Organized on-site requirements and hospitality needs. Provided direction and supervised in-house staff during and after performances in order to provide artist hospitality. Managed all artist meet-and-greets. Coordinated catering services, artist ground transportation and hotel accommodations. Managed artist and VIP credential lists. Negotiated and fulfilled all contracts and agreements, including insurance and cash requirements. Worked closely with the Promotions Manager to ensure proper marketing of concerts and events. Updated the Six Flags New England website with events, promotions, and ticketing options. Executed grass roots marketing efforts. Worked with charity partners to put together events in support of local and national causes. Served as the Social Media Liaison for SFNE.

Assisted in all costuming aspects at Walt Disney World (Florida), Worked behind the scenes to assist throughout live performances such as Tarzan and The Lion King.
