Responsible for working with the client from on-boarding through the client life cycle as the point of contact for any client and service related issues. Assists in managing the accounting records and financial reports, providing an effective control, developing best practice financial accounting and control procedures, supporting, and advising. The Enrollment & Services Director is responsible to direct and manage all enrollment and registration services, website, reporting, and logistical needs for staff, students, and faculty associated with all APS Programs. S/he is an advocate for non-traditional education and will be asked to provide relevant information for the decision-making process that impacts the SDC adult learners.Primary ObjectivesThe Enrollment & Services Director is responsible for the following areas:• Instructional Support: direct the logistical needs for faculty and students in both online and campus learning environments.• Instructional Services: facilitate the design and communication for APS course schedules and academic services needed.• Technology Support: facilitates the academic and enrollment services needs of the Learning Management System (i.e. textbooks, enrollment verification)• Academic Support: directs all academic services for the admissions, enrollment, and registration processes for APS faculty and students (I.e. transcript evaluation, student grades, CLEP, etc.)• Enrollment Support: directs all systems for the admission and enrollment process• Student Services: supports APS learners by providing training for support staff in order to communicate policy and procedures accurately• Student Connection: supports the APS students in order to create the SDC ethos by developing an understanding of non-traditional student needs and by increasing a sense of belonging to the SDC community.• Office Management: directs all correspondence and insures that all calls and requests are handled with grace, expedience, and the consistent SDC message.• Empower Database: directs and leads the needs and systems for the APS staff, students and faculty needs as they relate to the Empower
