VM+ is a dynamic, exciting visual company specialising in visual merchandising, corporate Christmas displays, window dressing, custom-build design and VM training. Our clients are varied and include small to large corporates, venues, retailers and Shopping Centres.My role as Designer at VM+ requires me to create original concepts and bespoke designs for our clients. My ability to truly understand a client’s brief means I can create displays that will engage and delight customers. It’s my written and presentation skills that allow me to articulate how the custom designs will help our clients achieve their results and drive sales. My strong customer service background and my 20+ years experience across interior design, visual merchandising, event styling, and custom design enable me to achieve outstanding results for our clients and VM+. In fact, I strive to exceed expectations on every project I undertake.Being the senior designer within the company means I’m responsible for the ideas behind the larger visual merchandising and Christmas projects. My adaptability, attention to detail and ability to plan and achieve tasks allow me to take on any project regardless of the location, budget, timeframe, and size.I’m the first to acknowledge everything we achieve is a team effort. I enjoy the opportunity to work with extraordinary team members including stylists, visual merchandisers, artisans, and operations staff.
