Planned, managed, and executed large-scale relocation, decommission, and RTO projects for the following clients:• Volkswagen Group of America, Herndon and Reston, VA: Coordinated and managed the multi-phasedheadquarters relocation and consolidation of three existing offices (298.5K SF) in Herndon, VA, and Reston, VA, into one newly constructed space (195K SF) in Reston Town Center, VA, while simultaneously planning and managing the decommissioning of the former office spaces on an aggressive timeline and finishing over two weeks early.• Raytheon Campus, Sterling, VA: Managed the relocation of multiple groups within the campus (200k SF), including a SCIF, to enable their new buildout.• Leidos Headquarters, Reston, VA: Completed the downsizing and decommission of eleven offices for the company throughout the country. Assembled project teams, worked with division directors of real estate, led project meetings from kick-off to completion, delegated tasks to local vendors and FMs, and kept the projects on track. Assisted with establishing the budget, created charters, and outlined the scope of projects. Managed budgets, approved invoices, issued purchase orders and lien waivers, and spoke to variances. Each project came in within budget or under and on time.• Marriott Headquarters, Bethesda, MD: Managed the multi-phased headquarters relocation of 2,000+ staff and specialty spaces into their newly constructed headquarters in Bethesda, MD. Concurrently developed a decommissioning strategy to decommission 1M SF of existing office space focused on maximizing furniture donation and landfill diversion to align with Marriott's green initiatives.• Freddie Mac, Vienna, VA: Provided program management oversight for MAC services for 1M+ SF and relocation management services, including strategic planning for a Voluntary Retirement Program and Return to Office efforts for 7,000+ staff in 2021.

Responsible for: physical plant management, legal and financial technicalities, budget planning and management, risk/exposure mitigation, violation removal, contract negotiation and bid process, supervision and motivation of contractors, vendors and staff, as well as, creation and production of way-finding signage through our global offices.
