Operations Manager
CurrentIn this role, I steer program-wide guest service initiatives as well as lead the team in creating a program-wide guest service guide handbook. Moreover, I handle resources for the program, including budgeting, safety, and training initiatives. I am responsible for guiding counselors, custodial supervisors, maintenance supervisors, and managers. Here, I also uphold inventory levels program-wide and deliver monthly procurement expenses to leadership by coordinating with contract vendors. It is important to highlight that I implement process improvements and deliver updates to senior management by analyzing guest data and program operationsFollowing are some of my key accomplishments from this role:• Gained more than $6K for program conferences hosted by partners.• Drove partner engagement through multiple networking opportunities such as brochure swaps, study/familiarization tours, and yearly destination expo.• Guaranteed standardization of practices by leading the creation of three policy and training manuals for different positions across the programming and developing training videos featuring staff members.• Streamlined inventory process of ordering all apparel for 60+ employees.
