I am a personable, creative and passionate coach, supervisor, therapist, organisational development practitioner and national policy and programme lead with over 25 years experience of working with individuals, groups and teams across the Health and Care and wider sectors. I am passionate about creating and hosting safe, reflective and trusting spaces, supporting individuals, teams and groups to reconnect with selves and each other. As a qualified and experienced coach, coaching supervisor, therapist, trainer and facilitator, I am passionate and experienced in facilitating individuals and teams to be the best they can be. Supporting and nurturing growth in others is my raison d’etre, facilitating all to awaken the best version of themselves in service of themselves and others.
