I am passionate about supporting children and adults with autism and other disabilities to achieve their full potential. As a Special Education Paraprofessional at Behavioral Health Holdings (BHH), I provided individualized instruction and intervention for students with intensive behavioral and educational needs. I have developed skills in crisis intervention, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and process improvement, thanks to the training and guidance from my previous employers and current team. I am also a former real estate agent and a current business owner, which demonstrates my entrepreneurial spirit and customer service abilities. I am eager to continue learning, growing, and being my best self in this rewarding and challenging field.
