The company specializes in high-energy live events, original content, and digital programming, highlighting the best in skateboarding, BMX, freestyle motocross, and other action sports.In my role, I ensured flawless travel execution across multiple properties, optimizing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional experiences for athletes, partners, and key personnel. I managed travel logistics for large-scale global events and independent activations, including high-profile projects such as Nitrocross, Nitro Circus, Street League Skateboarding, X Games, Dew Tour, and the Rockstar Energy Open.Key responsibilities included creating comprehensive travel packs and call sheets with essential details for staff and contractors, developing and implementing a travel policy to streamline bookings, reduce costs, and ensure compliance, and training staff on utilizing contracted travel management companies (TMCs). I negotiated vendor contracts and loyalty programs to secure favorable rates and optimize event budgets, collaborated with finance to forecast and analyze budgets, spending trends, and cost-saving strategies, and reconciled travel expenses while providing detailed final reports on spend and outcomes.

Snow Park Technologies (SPT) is the world’s leading consulting team for special projects, having designed and built over 275 competition courses for premier events such as the X Games, Burton U.S. Open, Dew Tour, and Rockstar Energy Open. Recognized as an iconic and highly respected name in the action sports industry, SPT is powered by a team of experienced organizers and innovators. With unmatched passion and dedication, SPT continues to redefine what’s possible on and off the snow, shaping the future of action sports. In my role, I took a formal project management approach to oversee key aspects of SPT’s operations, with a primary focus on athlete registration for major live events such as the X Games, Dew Tour, and Nitro World Games. I meticulously managed the entire registration process, ensuring all athlete details were collected accurately, event requirements were met, and timelines were adhered to. Additionally, I coordinated domestic and international travel logistics for internal teams and contractors, including airfare, lodging, and transportation, ensuring smooth execution. I developed and maintained detailed project databases to track athlete information, event details, and procedural progress, while using project management tools to monitor deadlines and milestones. I also oversaw financial processes, including managing athlete prize purses, account reconciliation, and expense tracking, ensuring full compliance and accuracy throughout all stages of the project.

The organization's core goal is to raise awareness about the importance of protecting Antarctica, which serves as a critical indicator of global environmental health. 2041 advocates for the protection of Antarctica’s environment, especially from threats like resource exploitation and climate change.At 2041, I worked closely with Robert Swan and the team to turn the dream of exploring Antarctica into reality. Through our annual expeditions, we brought together individuals passionate about sustainability, leadership, and innovation. These expeditions offered participants a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to test renewable solutions, hone leadership skills, and learn how to apply sustainability practices in their everyday lives. I guided participants from the initial idea of reaching Antarctica to stepping onto the icy continent. I supported fundraising, gear recommendations, and travel planning to ensure safe and smooth journeys. I collaborated with the CEO and founder to create an itinerary combining leadership training and sustainability practices, and worked with the Expedition Leader to design a safe and impactful expedition route.I also partnered with Expedition Team Leaders to fulfill commitments, including social communications, expedition tasks, and sponsor deliverables. These expeditions were catalysts for change, inspiring participants to bring sustainable practices back to their communities and industries.
