Served on chapter 2015 Board of Directors as VP of Professional Development, responsible for advancing Professional Development initiatives for chapter members and the community. Primarily responsible for CPLP Awareness Sessions, Mentoring Program, and the yearly chapter conference.Also served on CPLP Awareness Committee as committee member (2012) and chairperson (2013-2014).

Accomplishments include development of classroom training solutions in support of initiatives to reduce operating costs by $10 million and overhaul of New Hire training program to reduce training time and improve new associates’ speed to competency. Identified training needs and performance improvement solutions.  Developed web-based, instructor-led, and self-study training materials for Sales Fulfillment function.  Served as liaison between Learning and Organization Effectiveness function and business partners.  Conducted train-the-trainer and pilot sessions.
