Key Achievements: • Redesigned and managed onsite First Aid room which was previously unfit for purpose, procured and organized all required OHS supplies, recruited and coordinated training for First Aid officers and Fire Wardens, and executed annual emergency evacuation drill, all which resulted in meeting corporate legislative compliance for the first time. • Developed and successfully implemented 2021 OHS Induction program / videos, and assigned / monitored the training for employees through Safety Hub. The upgraded Corporate Induction program was so well received by the ANZ Board of Directors that it was adopted by all APAC offices for on-boarding purposes. • Improved employee engagement and contributed to increased hazard identification and awareness by analyzing data derived from Yammer and employee feedback surveys and applying strategies (in collaboration with key stakeholders) to address shortfalls, which resulted in reduced lag indicator metrics over Q3 and 4 by 30 percent.

Served as Functional Manager over the Ichthys Project HSESQ Technical team, providing supervision, training and performance evaluation to eight junior specialists. Head of Technical support to the Project HSESQ Manager, Project Environmental Manager, HSS Onshore Manager, HS Operations Manager, Project Deputy HSES Manager and all HSES Leads. Oversaw project management of large scale onsite events such as World Environment and World Safety Day. Developed, edited and distributed project communiqué, “The Daily HSES Report” and tracked KPI’s of all teams and team members. Key Achievements:•Led MYOSH Software Development Team for customized program testing and configuration. Spearheaded successful rollout of the MYOSH Risk Management and Reporting system across the Ichthys project site of 10,000 workers. Grew competencies by delivering ongoing comprehensive training to the HSESQ division, Subcontractor Supervisors, and Client users as the MYOSH Subject Matter Expert (SME). A 50-year license was purchased, and presently MYOSH continues to be used as the archiving system software by KBR and INPEX for the completed oil and gas mega-project “Ichthys.” • Facilitated the completion, filing and retention of Environmental permitting system for Wet Season Dewatering and year-round Hydro test activities. Tracked and reported Project Environmental compliance with the monthly and annual CEMP, EIMP, and Exhibit L report documents and presented to Client and internal stakeholders, meeting all deadlines across the project timeline and earning KBR significant monetary bonuses as a result.

Supervisory support to onsite Contractor Management on Mondarra Project and addressed all HSE responsibilities ranging from: Site Orientation delivery to over 400 employees, provided First Aid, maintained all registers and MSDS, inspected site work areas and equipment to compile reports for APA, Chevron and BHP, mentored HSE Committees and facilitated meetings, calibrated and tested safety and environmental equipment, ran daily onsite Pre-starts and weekly Toolbox Talks, executed Emergency Evacuation Drills, investigated all Incidents and presented Expert Advice in HAZID meetings with Clients. Key Achievements:• Pioneered and created all training and testing materials for the company’s first Behavioural Safety Observation program entitled, “BSAFE,” and initial onsite Verification of Competency (VOC) program with successful national launch, resulting in notable decline in lost-time incidents across all national construction projects. • Took responsibility for revising Safe Work Method Statements as needed and contributed to the development of JHAs and LPIs, ensuring subcontractor safety and compliance, directly resulting in decreased onsite injuries and property loss. • Designed strategic layout and procured equipment for project’s camp fitness gym, ensuring safe usage for all employees. Launched health initiative by leading daily stretching sessions for subcontractors after pre-start meetings, which resulted in fewer documented musculoskeletal injuries throughout the project’s lifecycle.
