Provided OHS leadership and training to 250+ employees across various divisions from the ANZ Corporate Office located in Sydney, Australia. Job responsibilities included (but not limited to): Employee on-boarding, Workers’ Compensation, Return to Work, Injury Management, Coordination of First Aid and Fire Safety Resources, Risk Assessing for Fleet Management, Health Safety Committee and Contractor Management, Incident Investigation, Safety Inspections, Review and Implementation of OHS Policies and Procedures, Monthly Score Card reporting to APAC/Global offices, and Promoting Safety Culture / Awareness. Key Achievements: • Redesigned and managed onsite First Aid room which was previously unfit for purpose, procured and organized all required OHS supplies, recruited and coordinated training for First Aid officers and Fire Wardens, and executed annual emergency evacuation drill, all which resulted in meeting corporate legislative compliance for the first time. • Developed and successfully implemented 2021 OHS Induction program / videos, and assigned / monitored the training for employees through Safety Hub. The upgraded Corporate Induction program was so well received by the ANZ Board of Directors that it was adopted by all APAC offices for on-boarding purposes. • Improved employee engagement and contributed to increased hazard identification and awareness by analyzing data derived from Yammer and employee feedback surveys and applying strategies (in collaboration with key stakeholders) to address shortfalls, which resulted in reduced lag indicator metrics over Q3 and 4 by 30 percent.
