With over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare sector, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in healthcare administration. As the former Assistant Director of Healthcare Administration at the University of North Texas, I oversaw the operations and finances of the Health and Wellness Center, ensuring quality care and service for the students and staff. I also coordinated the center's medical auditing and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and university regulations and policies. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and security of the medical records and billing systems and enhance patient satisfaction and engagement. I have a strong background in communication and office administration skills and a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
