Provided support to general counsel in preparation for litigation and hearings. Led and completed corporate trainings for the organization related to corporate policies and procedures. Collaborated and worked with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources to ensure compliance with federal and state legislation.

Managed a team consisting of 10 employees within the operations department of a Non Performing Loan (NPL) servicer. Responsible for the supervision of operations and processes in maintaining compliance while reducing costs and case completion timelines. Headed department projects, compliance trainings, and investor reporting procedures. Managed and maintained a portfolio of over 500 cases for the District of Columbia jurisdiction for a debt collection law firm. Provided support and assistance to attorneys in preparation for litigation proceedings including legal research and providing recommendations to counsel for conflict resolution. Acted as a liaison for opposing counsel and debtors. Maintained an attorney calendar including scheduled meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
