Responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and implementation of activities to promote membership growth and retention; and identifying meaningful affinity and member benefit programs to enhance the Society's membership value and dues revenues; and investigate, negotiate and manage non-dues revenue affinity program.Responsible for the management, development and growth of ESD Student Chapters at the top engineering colleges and universities in Michigan.Serve as the staff liaison for the ESD Board of Directors Membership Strategic Council; ESD College of Fellows; ESD Member Benefits Committee and ESD Membership Ambassador Council.

Responsible for all aspects of membership recruitment, retention and services for professional and corporate members. Manage multi-disciplinary membership base, annual membership campaigns, membership dues revenue and all member benefit services.

Responsible for all aspects of the registration process including registering members and nonmembers for programs, providing registration reports and providing exceptional member service, and on-site registration. Provide back-up support for billing, accounts receivable and member services.

Assist township residents and general public in matters pertaining to the Clerk's Office. Update and maintain voter registration records. Assist in the administration of municipal and general elections, including maintaining absentee voter ballot registrations, precinct preparation, distribution of ballots and tabulation of certification of results.
