I am a highly motivated, customer oriented problem solver who has worked in many capacities within an extremely busy, fast paced customer care facility for 10+ years. As a senior customer care team lead, I am relied upon to consistently resolve consumer concerns in an efficient and professional manner. This involves paying close attention to detail when analyzing various situations and ultimately reaching resolutions that are in the best interest of both the consumer and the company. Along my journey in customer care, I have become a mentor and leader among my peers. Through one on one coaching, formal and informal trainings, and group collaborations, I am always willing to share knowledge with my colleagues that will enable them to not only do their job better, but also help them gain confidence in their individual skills and abilities. Being part of the continuously evolving world of print and digital media, I pride myself on my ability to embrace technology and remain software savvy in order to support consumers and coworkers alike with all of their technical needs.
