Project Leader for Inventory Transfer & Planning workstream. Coordinating the network design, system set up, inventory transfer planning, execution & hypercare.

Implementation of JDA Fullfillment from P&G SAP APO to transition P&G businesses into Coty, INC systems. This included 12+ weeks of testing systems, 5 rounds of data validation, providing 50+ hours training to 120 people prior to cutover to JDA. After cutover to JDA, I have been the key contact for troubleshooting system flows from JDA Demand to JDA Fullfillment to Coty SAP ECC while still maintaining the Salon Professional Inventory & Service at our Regional DCs.

I plan the distribution of the Salon Professional products to have a correct allocation of product mix at all NA DCs as well as managing our export process to move products overseas.

I held various roles during the tenor of my time in Shareholder Services from processing shareholder transactions to handling the reconciliation of our bank accounts, outstanding share reports & owning our quarterly dividend process.
