The purpose of my role is to leverage data & insights and deliver tailored support to our customers and ensure we drive continuous value and adoption. In order to achieve this, I play an active/hands-on role in understanding product adoption, usage, program maturity and key value drivers.

BskyB (Now TV) – Optimisation & MVT Strategist - Management of roadmap and test & learn plan (across all devices) & heading up new projects - Manage AB, MVT and personalisation across all ecommerce journeys (prospect, checkout, cancellation)- Prioritisation, development, analysis & sharing of tests- Liaising with key business stakeholders- Presenting key ‘quarterly’ performance to the business heads- Manage use of all supporting testing tools (Mouseflow, What Users Do, Omniture, Optimizely. - Improve customer experience for all our live transactional websites by managing the use of Multi Variant Tests and Product Reviews. - Scope out an MVT strategy, apply project management skills, implement and report- Creative approach to problem solving, brainstorming ideas, high level of responsibility, organisation, communication & prioritising- Identify potential MVT candidates and measures of success- Identify product review business requirements, monitor review performances and report and escalate issues- Monitor, report and recommend on competitor use of product reviews & MVT- Apply knowledge of Online Retail, the business strategy and experience of a technical environment.- Written reports and use of product review and MVT dashboards & reporting tools.- Daily research into online best practice & web usabilityAttend ecommerce expos - Develop key relationships with internal departments, and provide training. - Build hierarchies and home page promotions within the CMS program. - Meeting specific deadlines and planning publishes around merchandising schedules and IT web releases.
