The September 2013 CMA Release Project was set up to manage the resulting Scottish Water system changes and implement them within the market stipulated timescales.Deregistrations Project : The process for Deregistering Supply Point IDs in the Water Industry is managed by Scottish Water and has market KPIs against it. In order to track compliance against these KPIs, system changes were needed to allow work to be processed through corporate systems and reports produced for both internal and external review.Responsible for working with Business Stakeholders to determine the current process and system configuration being used and review against industry requirements. Update process maps, develop requirements and configuration documents for system changes.
