I represent both regional and national clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, with a focus on retail and office development, acquisitions and commercial leasing, including ground leasing. My practice routinely involves counseling on matters related to title, survey and due diligence of commercial property. I also assist my clients in structuring reciprocal easement agreements and other covenants and restrictions relating to the development of commercial property. I regularly represent my clients in the negotiation of construction contracts, including AIA contracts, project management and other construction and development agreements. I received the “AV Preeminent” rating by Martindale Hubbell and was selected as a “Florida Rising Star” in real estate, business and corporate law in 2010 by Super Lawyers, Thompson Reuters. I am a Board member of the Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys' Counsel and am actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). I am a regular author and speaker at numerous Central Florida trade organizations and have authored a number of articles in the area of real estate and corporate law, some of which have been selected for national publications. I received a J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2005. While a student there, I also represented the school in a team International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition in Vienna, Austria.
