Provide psychotherapy to adolescents and adults with a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and posttraumatic stress disorder; use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to support clients; employ somatic experiencing, expressive arts therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment-based therapy techniques; consult with clinical supervisor, families, schools, case managers, and psychiatrists to support client goals; complete clinical documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination summaries.

Provided intervention to those in crisis, experiencing mental health challenges, and/or contemplating suicide through PRS CrisisLink and TextLine, fielding roughly 750 calls. Established safety plans, next steps, and/or crisis interventions as needed, including back-up calls for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Facilitated one-on-one coaching relationships with parents to support them in achieving self-determined career and financial goals, monitoring their progress over time and maintaining accurate files/records in LIFT’s online case management system.

Working with women as a certified Integral Coach, I help them own their self-worth, establish a stronger base of self-care and integrate their personal values into their life-actions.I drawl on the wisdom of positive psychology, neuroscience, somatics (body wisdom), spirituality, and wellness to help my clients embody a deeper level of self-understanding. The coaching relationship centers around a personalized plan of action catered towards each individuals needs and goals.

I received my 200hr RYT in May of 2012, and began teaching a Teen Yoga class that Fall. I have fallen in love with the energy teens bring to a yoga class. In addition to practicing regular yoga asana (postures), I work within each group to bring out our personal individuality, guiding students towards leadership roles, group exercises, and confidence building games. In addition to teaching Teens I've also taught yoga at corporate businesses, residential rehabs for alcohol and drug abuse/recovery, and disabled youth. I take a gentle approach to each group, helping them inhabit their bodies and rediscover their inner and outer strengths.
