•Provide HR Consultation services for client companies throughout the US for compliance advice for regulatory and labor laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and ADEA.•Assist client managers with employment issues such as employee termination, discipline, layoffs and personnel records control.•Investigate harassment, discrimination, and other potential EEO claims to include interview, witness, and recommend solutions to supervisors and management of client companies.•Present training presentations in person and online webinar to client companies on topics such as Harassment training for supervisor and employees, FMLA, FLSA and Discipline. •Review clients’ employee handbook and policy to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and assist in interpreting policies for client’s supervisors and management.•Responsible for on-boarding processes such as orientation, new hire packet and disseminate information to the appropriate departments for new hires. •Develop and administer employee surveys for client companies and provide recommendations based on the results of the reports.•Manage recruiting cycle to ensure short cycle hires, anticipate recruiting needs, and maintain a qualified pool of applicants

•Effectively manage client relationships, serving as information source in regards to all facets of human resources, including recruiting, development, compensation/benefits and employee relations.•Coordinate and present HR training sessions with clients and their managers.•Introduce new and innovative products, services, technologies, and corporate programs.•Conduct client enrollments, medical presentations and educate clients on capabilities of company website for payroll reporting, virtual intranet, and HR information links.•Guide client and provide recommendations on the clients overall human capital management strategy.
