Providing support across all stages of the research process - most recently conducting a qualitative study exploring the experiences and perceptions of housing association tenants, leaseholders and supported accommodation residents.

In this role I worked across several brands within the Chime Insight & Engagement (CIE) Group (including Facts International, Watermelon Research and Opinion Leader) and later for Watermelon Research as a division of advertising/comms agency VCCP.Working as part of the Insight Team, I was responsible for proposal writing and pitching, design of data.

My responsibilities at this global market research company included running national and international ad hoc and ongoing research projects using qualitative and quantitative methodologies with businesses and consumers. This role combined project management with practical fieldwork, analysis and reporting with a focus on the technology and financial.

While working for this specialist public/ third sector agency I was involved in proposals/ pitching, delivering research using a range of methodologies, analysing findings, presenting and producing published reports. Clients included local authorities, national government departments, universities and colleges, charities and other non-profit organisations.

Responsibilities included researching and summarising market information (i.e. market conditions, product performance), producing summary breakdowns of complex financial data and communicating clearly, concisely and sensitively with clients.
