During my time with Nevada Community Foundation, I ran two RFPs - one for a new phone system for all users, and the other to replace the IT service provider - and I was the point person on research projects requested by a number of clients. Additionally, I was responsible for taking notes during Board Meetings and reporting out to the staff and BOD members with any follow up items.I worked for JEM Associates West in 2022 as an Office Manager where I handled payroll and invoicing, Accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as onboarding new staff. Further, I negotiated and secured contracts for vendors, such as for the new phone system and the copier on site.Prior to that, I was with MGM Resorts International. I started as an Administrative Assistant in 2018 and was promoted four times, finishing my tenure as a Contract Coordinator in 2022. When I saw that documents would be misplaced on occasion, I single-handedly optimized workflow surrounding contracts when I created an SOP for handling and tracking documents. I also created a repository for all contracts and Pricing Letters that passed through the Global Procurement department. I also processed all shipping invoices for every MGM property in the United States.I began working for Syufy Enterprises in 2011 and spent seven years with their Tax and Investment team. My responsibilities included creating and maintaining databases and interacting with various taxing authorities, such as the IRS and CA Franchise Tax Board. During my time with the company, I was tapped to cover the executive suite when both Executive Assistants were out - sometimes for as long as a month - while still managing my daily departmental duties.
