Being an influencer of people with such backgrounds and experience as a dentist, engineer, manager, gardener, mum, actor and nurse; my role is to ensure they gain confidence, new skills and keep motivated to achieve goals they never believed to be possible. Previously I have built a large retail business (using a similar business model), and also owned a successful franchise. What I have found working with UW, is how you are made to feel an important part of the company's continued growth......Its 2008, and the recession has hit the property industry hard. You are forced to close your successful business, which has a few debts. That was me and why I was looking for an additional income, for a new challenge, and something flexible; when I was introduced to the company and this business. Never did I imagine how much it would transform me and my life. By working the business consistently, on a very part time basis, fitting it around a job and my family, I have built up a substantial recurring monthly income that currently covers all my living expenses, whether I work or not..... and it continues to grow! It has given me the choice to break free from an unhappy marriage, support my sons on my own, keep ownership of the family home; and given me the purpose and positivity to keep going through two very tough times in my life. It is now giving me more spare time to follow my passions of mountain trekking and travelling.
