Executive Assistant
Current- Provide a full range of administrative support work to the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Public Affairs Officer and the Assistant Vice President of Finance & Accounting and their staff. Delta Dental Plans Association.
- Produce and revise documents by collecting information, transcribing, formatting, editing and proofread for distribution. Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and agendas for various meetings.
- Heavy calendar management for CMO which includes all logistics and itinerary building.
- Prepare expense reimbursement & American Express reconciliation for CMO and Chief Public Affairs Officer.
- Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; and adjusting plans.
- Take extensive meeting minutes, edit document to third person and format for Board meeting booklets.
