CurrentProvide a full range of administrative support work to the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Public Affairs Officer and the Assistant Vice President of Finance & Accounting and their staff. Delta Dental Plans Association is comprised of a network of 39 independent Delta Dental companies operating in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, providing coverage to more Americans than any other dental insurance company. • Produce and revise documents by collecting information, transcribing, formatting, editing and proofread for distribution. Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and agendas for various meetings.• Heavy calendar management for CMO which includes all logistics and itinerary building.• Prepare expense reimbursement & American Express reconciliation for CMO and Chief Public Affairs Officer.• Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; and adjusting plans.• Take extensive meeting minutes, edit document to third person and format for Board meeting booklets.• Provide support to the CEO in his Executive Assistant’s absence.
