MAIN : Operations, Implementation, Course Development, and Marketing for Learning Extension siteHeather is responsible for providing project management, product development, and user experience design expertise for NCSBN websites and e-learning product lines. She manages online and offline operations and marketing functions for the NCSBN Learning Extension product line, and assists with developing project plans. Heather is also responsible for managing task assignments, supervises course development functions, and serves as a liaison with vendors for the e-learning product line.

Overseeing project management. Designing/maintaining marketing and learning materials including websites, print and video materials, and creating press releases/newsletters. Organizing and training staff.Maintaining data and compiling reports. Problem tracking/ solving, technical support, and customer service. Implementing social media initiatives.

Along with doing all of the company's business paperwork, answering phones, invoicing, taxes, etc - I design all of the advertising/web design/ and forms for this company
