I believe in fostering a high-impact volunteer experience that not only furthers the purposes of a community, but also provides opportunities for volunteers to take their next steps on their journeys of personal and spiritual development. Each volunteer has been created by God, and is inviting to worship Him through the giving of time and talents. I believe volunteering is not just a transactional exchange, but also an opportunity for spiritual transformation. Volunteering should be a blessing to the volunteer, as well as to staff, and we develop those partnerships when we effectively recruit, select, equip, lead, and develop leader volunteers. I specialize in the development of these high-impact volunteer communities and relationships.
