As a KH Vice President, Heather serves as the Organizational Culture and Stakeholder Engagement Practice Lead for KH, specializing in the development and facilitation of stakeholder engagement techniques and tools and stakeholder input analysis as part of change management and strategic-planning efforts; organizational cultural analysis; research implementation; benchmark investigation; and market assessment. In addition, she is a capable and responsive project manager with great attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.In more than 19 years at KH, Heather has designed, facilitated, and analyzed more than 50 surveys and designed, facilitated, and analyzed the outcomes for more than 100 focus groups, forums, town halls, and other stakeholder engagements. Clients include public, private, and non-profit organizations with survey distribution populations ranging from 50 to 50,000. Foci include corporate culture, DEI+, customer/stakeholder satisfaction, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, activity analysis, compensation analysis, and 360° performance evaluation, among others.Much of her work involves local and state governmental agencies, higher education, non-profit organizations, transportation systems, utilities, and health care providers. She has served clients, such as the County of Los Angeles (9 departments), City of Los Angeles (6 departments), Los Angeles World Airports, State of California (3 departments), County of Orange (California), City of Beverly Hills, Port of Long Beach, California Community College System (6 Districts), University of Southern California, Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, and the County of Los Angeles Civil Grand Jury.
