As a DVM Sourcer at Western Veterinary Partners, our mission is to improve the lives of veterinarians, and help them grow professionally and personally, while providing a supportive environment for team members, families, and their pets by finding and attracting qualified candidates for various DVM positions. I partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and create sourcing strategies that align with the organizational goals and values.I leverage my skills in talent acquisition, applicant tracking systems, and executive search to perform recruiting services. I utilize various sources, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals, to identify and engage with passive and active candidates, and perform continuous follow-up to build long-term relationships.Whether you are an early career veterinarian or an experienced veterinarian or a veterinarian open to working at multiple practices, we have opportunities to support your career.
