I offer a unique and heartfelt approach and provide various tools and techniques while working with individuals and groups. ~ As a successful entrepreneur, I understand what it is like to feel stuck and attempt to force things to work out. Through experience, I have learned when to seize the moment and when to step back, relax, and wait for the right path to show itself. ~ As an artist, I know what happens when I ignore my instincts and try to turn a painting or a piece of writing into something it doesn’t want to be. Instead, I have learned that releasing preconceived ideas dramatically affects the final result.~ As a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, teacher, and therapist, I have learned to establish and adjust my boundaries so that every relationship can be healthy and fulfilling.
