Manages and supervises undergraduate and graduate student tutors. Coordinates all aspects of Peer Tutoring Services including face-to-face and online services. I personally tutor elementary students in Spanish, Reading, ELA, Math, and Science. Each student learns at a different level and pace, so I utilize differentiated instruction to alter lessons and adapt to their learning style (kinesthetic, visual, etc.) I follow Ohio State Learning Standards for each student and provide feedback to their parents.
